A transformative experience to turn designers into
swiss-army-knife creatives.

Thinker-Doer (2024)

The Indian advertising industry suffers from a unique problem. It likes its planners, loves its writers and only thinks about its art directors the night before the presentation. Designers, visualisers and art directors don’t get a seat at the ideas’ table in most ad agencies- this means they grow to excel in their craft but they aren’t trained to become Creative Directors and lead teams.

The Thinker-Doer program is a first-of-its-kind industry-wide initiative to create more equity for designers in the Indian advertising industry by helping them realise their full creative potential outside of their primary skillset. All free of cost.

With the support of some of the sharpest award-winning creatives, planners and suits from across the globe, this two-week long boot camp gave seven design creatives the opportunity to be inspired, challenged and transformed by the very best in the industry. Conducted in March, the first cohort of Thinker-Doer was massively successful.
