Bigbasket | Christmas

In its Christmas film, BigBasket presents a warm and mildly whimsical story of an elderly couple whose misplaced phone order sparks spontaneous joy in their neighbourhood. A mix-up results in a cluster of oversized stars delivered to their doorstep- turning a simple glitch into “accidental cheer”. The narrative serves a two-fold purpose: it highlights BigBasket’s promise of home delivery for everything you need during the season. It underlines the true spirit of Christmas- generosity, surprise, and connection. The brand consciously shifted away from clichéd Western Christmas tropes (Santa, reindeer) to depict an authentically Indian household.
